Hello
Wee! Currently eating a McDonald's apple pie.xD *beams* I love apple pie! =) Courtesy of my brother who rushed home to watch the Germany-Argentina match. Which, presumably, Jiamin and Brenda are watching right now. Hmm.
Anyway!!! Brenda, Calissa and I are super efficient I say! =D We baked about 36 chocolate cupcakes [muffins?], 2 big chocolate cakes and 1 big apple crumble. *beams* Highly productive are we not? Hehe. The apple crumble is rather good! Nice and cinnamony.=D Hehe. I personally prefer it to the chocolate cakes because it's so much lighter. But chocolate cakes are always a crowdpleaser so..=P
Wee! The 2 big chocolate cakes.=D Sorry the quality isn't very good. I took the pictures with my phone.. ^_^"

Anyway!
It's youth day weekend! Which explains the SYF opening ceremony tomorrow I suppose. Oh my goodness. I am so going to die of boredom. I'll bring The Things They Carried, Loveless and Gravitation. ^_^ Being ambitious. Haha. Hopefully they won't be all: YOU CAN'T READ WHILE THE THING IS GOING ON because hello, I didn't even choose to be there.-.-" The worst thing is that it's in bloody Kallang. I don't even know how to get home from there. O.o O well. I shall rush home and comfort myself with either a nice happy Gackt concert or a nice happy Studio Ghibli movie or.. you know. Something nice and happy. ^_^
The only sad thing about the Studio Ghibli collection is that it doesn't have The Cat Returns. *sigh* At least, I don't think it does. *peers* The Chinese translations of the titles aren't very useful since I'm not exactly sure of the Japanese titles in the first place. =S
I just realised that when they say the SYF ceremony, they mean the National Stadium. And when they say National Stadium, all I can think of is.. is.. heat. Yikes. xP Damnit. O well. At least Joel will be there. Hehe.=P We can read lit together or something. Ahaha.
Sigh. I can't find new Kagrra or Kagerou or Rentrer en Soi or Inugami-Circus Dan songs!!! (T_T) Oh the sadness.

HelloI typed up an ultra hyper, bubbly, cheerful and chatty entry yesterday and then my darling computer simply died. O.o I was so annoyed, I simply couldn't type up another entry. RAWR.All you have to know is:- I love Loveless!- I love Gakuen Heaven!- I love Gravitation and am actually making progress!- I love Kazuki in GH! xD- I love how Gakuen Heaven has cute characters and bishounen characters.xD- Have I mentioned that I'm looking forward to the 4th Gravitation book which Jiamin promises will have far prettier drawings?Kya!!! xP I am so looking forward for the last 2 episodes of Gakuen Heaven to be subbed so I can finish the anime and maybe rewatch the whole thing.xD Haha. It's not at all painful to watch because the story moves along quite fast and it's a really short anime anyway. I told Wendy that I was pleased that it was short because it means I won't be hooked for long but o no! I'm so sad now.xP It's too short. Wahh!O well. I can always fill the empty days [*cough* empty free time I mean. ^_^"] with more Loveless [xD] and Gravitation [which is very long and will take me a nice long time to finish it. Heh.]. And you know. If I discover some new thing which will probably happen very soon.xP Seems like I can devote such energies to these areas now since Gackt is hibernating somewhere with only a collection of PVs to entice us in August. Sigh.Yay! The weekend is coming! *beams* This pleases me greatly I say. Although the SYF opening thing isn't exactly how I'd like to spend a Saturday afternoon. Especially not in the swelteringly hot National Stadium.xP*glances at GP essay**conveniently ignores it. for the moment.xP*Wails. My computer is dying!!! I begged my brother [okay not really] for his laptop. ^_^ Hehe. I love his laptop! But after seeing Vendy's droolful Mac Book Pro... xP xP xP I want a MAC!!! *wails* My dad was like, your brother's laptop is good too. And it's CHEAPER *glares*. *shrinks* Sigh. Well. At least it's got most of the things I want.- Relatively big screen- CD-burner! [And looks like it can burn DVDs too. *peers*]- all region DVD player!- rather good graphics- quite light- more than 2 USB ports! ^_^ [okay. So it's got like, 3. But still.xP]- wireless internet! [Absolutely essential I say.]- not hideous! xP [Those.. Intel ones I think are just.. not very pretty.=X]Sadly though, the battery life is P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C! My brother said it's like, 3 hours or something. Eeps. But.. I want the new Windows Vista!!! *sulks* Which is why I'm like, But Dad! With the Mac, I can use both the Apple interface and the Windows interface! Which means I can learn how to use the Apple interface and then when Vista is released, I can install it to use! Brilliant plan, no? Unfortunately, he is not amused by the price. *shoulders slump* I seriously think it's useless sticking to XP when Vista is coming out soon though. But my computer is dying. And it so needs to be replaced. In fact, the fact that it keeps dying spontaneously shows signs of almost certain death soon.xPSigh. Shall go research on the Mac a little more. Hello!
=D I just finished the first book of Loveless.xD Ahh!! SO CUTE OMG! xD Haha. Strangely enough, despite how Jiamin thinks it's really stupid and everything.. Ahem. I rather liked it.xD And I cannot wait for further developments between Ritsuka and Soubi who is OMG very very goodlooking despite the glasses.xD *squeals!* I don't usually like guys with glasses but hello. He is highly goodlooking.xD And Ritsuka is so darn cute. I love their ears!!!! Ahaha.=P
Anyway. I realised that despite how it doesn't really have much literary value.. I like this kind of "fighting" manga/anime.^_^" Heh. Like how I love Fushigi Yuugi because they fight against their enemies or whoever.. I love Ruruoni Kenshin because omg Kenshin looks ultra fabulous when he's fighting.. I love Return of the Condor Heroes because of the fighting scenes.. I love Gensoumaden Saiyuki because ahh! I love the fighting and Hakkai looks lovely.. xD xD xD Ahaha. Of course, goodlooking characters always help making reading a little more pleasant. But wee! I love manga/anime where they have to fight.xD
Thanks to Zhilei, I now have to read X/1999 and Loveless.xD *cough* That's if I have enough money of course. Am currently planning to buy the Chinese versions and attempt to improve my Chinese since they are cheaper anyway. ^_^" I read so much faster in English though..(T_T) I think I can finish like, 2 manga in English before I can finish 1 in Chinese. ^_^" It doesn't help of course, that they are in fan ti zi.
But if I start investing in manga.. (T_T) There goes all my money. Sigh. Scanlations maybe? ^_^" Heh. But that's horrible. It means I'm not supporting the artist. Sigh. *thinks*
And now that Joyce said that Kino is starting to bring in translations of Korean manga.. What are the chances the Korean manga which bases its characters of Malice Mizer (Gackt era) will be translated? *_* Ooh.
Still slowly making my way through Gravitation. ^_^" See what I mean about being slow about it? It's a nice straightforward story with *cough* almost R(A) scenes. ^_^" It's quite funny actually. Ahaha. I love Mr Goodlooking Blonde Guy!!! Jiamin promises me that he looks much better from book 4 onwards because right now.. Hm. He looks weird.=S
O dear. I should be doing my E8, followed by GP. Hrm. O well. I might as well finish this volume of Gravitation before beginning. I'm finally more than halfway through! *beams* Haha.
Oh. And then while I read it.. I can let Gakuen Heaven load!!! *beams* Totally efficient use of time! =D Okay. I have to promise myself I'll do my essay tonight. O.o

HelloHrm. Jiamin sent me this strange image programme called Hello that apparently works with Picasa and syncs with Blogger. The problem is, it doesn't seem to come with any instructions and well.. Hrm. Firstly, I don't have Picasa. And I'm afraid that if I download it, my computer will just honestly die right now. Secondly, I really don't know how to work it. So urhm. JIAMIN!!! Come online like you know. NOW. And you can tell me how to use it! ^_^ And send me some songs while you're at it.=D Hehe.Some weird person from Ghana added me on MSN. Like omg. O boo.Here I was, feeling all gleeful that I've gotten over my jetlag but noooo. Apparently not. I am so incredibly sleepy right now. -_- And I still have to do my E8 later!!! (T_T) Sigh.Wee! Went to Kino today and helped to boost Singapore's economy even more.xP Thankfully I have not yet depleted my ATM account. ^_^" Small comfort of course. But I really must save up. Like you know.. Now. And hopefully, in substantial amounts! Time to bring food to school again. ^_^" Heh.The Air Moon: Moon Project Document's Crescent Side is so pretty!!!!!!!!!! xD xD xD I tell you. I should only invest in photoshoot photobooks from now on. Oh, of course the tour documents have gorgeous pictures too but still!!! I love G-man in photoshoots.xD *beams beams* So incredibly CUTE!!! And PRETTY!!! And fabulous looking!!! I was squealing away by myself. As usual. ^_^" But yay!!! It made me so incredibly perky that..I decided to ride the exercise bike! *beams*
To the MARS album!!! =DI almost finished the entire MARS album [I stopped right before the last song came on.] but oh my gosh. I was so incredibly sleepy!!! xP Can you imagine? There I was, perkily pedalling and singing along when suddenly.. BAM! I was so damn sleepy. -_- I know. It sounds so stupid and weird and.. everything that isn't normal. I did try to perk myself up by singing along more but urhm. It hardly worked. ^_^" By OASIS, I was literally dozing off on the bike so I clambered off [after a rather impressive 9km cycle! I was hell of a proud of myself seeing as I haven't exercised in at least 3 weeks.xP] and walked around singing along. By the time Kono daremo inai heya de came on, I was falling asleep on my feet but I sang on more to try and keep myself awake enough to at least finish listening to the entire CD. -_-My mother was incredibly amused though. She said that I must be the only one ever to fall asleep while riding a bike. -_- And then she was laughing while saying that if it was a real bike, I would have fallen off long ago. -_-E8 and the bags of chocolate stare accusingly at me. xP Groan.I was just randomly thinking. No one can pronounce my name. ._. It's quite sad. Not even Chinese people can pronounce my name sometimes. Like, what's up with Zi Yan or Zee Yen? -.-" And what's up with assuming "yan" is swallow?! Like, what am I, a purple swallow?! -_-; Like, dude!!! There's more than one word with the hanyu pinyin "yan" okay?! Sheesh. So anyway. What was my point again? Ah yes. My unpronounceable name. -_-" I'm not giving myself an English name though. xP I don't think I'd even respond to it. Ahaha. And my mom will not be pleased either. Ahh!Curses! Thanks to Wendee, I'm now hooked on Gakuen Heaven.-.-" It's rather pleasant as an anime and funny at certain points and ooh yay! Most guys are goodlooking.xD *beams* Haha. Definite plus point there.=) Am waiting for further developments between Kazuki and Keita [is that his name? I think it's Keita. Hrm.] because omigosh! I think they look rather cute together and I think Kazuki = very goodlooking.xD *beams* Haha. There are pretty boys too but..no. I think Kazuki is still yayness. Haha.=P They all look pretty similar though.=SThere's the MTV Video Music Awards Japan tonight!!! Too bad Laruku isn't performing. Just Mika. It's at 11pm though so I don't know if I'm going to watch it seeing as I might be rather sleepy by then and should devote my life to preparing for something called school.=P Upsetting. Slept for an impressive 17 hours or so.=D Good gracious, I don't believe I've slept quite so much in my life! ^_^" I fell asleep on my mom's bed too so she was grumbling about how she had to kick me to one side so she could sleep seeing as I was dead to the world.=P Oops.
Yippee! My dad chucked me this thumbdrive.=D Okay. So storage space is pathetic at 128mb but hey! It's free! =P I'm certainly not going to say no. Plus, it'll pave the way to greater heights in storage capacity! =D *beams* I'm going to have to wait a couple of months before clearing my throat and going "urhm.. Can I have another HDD? ^_^ And make it like, 200GB or something! *flees*"

Yay!
Come August 23rd, 2 Gackt DVDs will be released!!! Exciting stuff.=D The DVDs are essentially, 2 parts of a whole and contain videos for the songs he's released since 1999. It's a bit cheating really, since it's just one more Gackt thing you just have to buy when really.. there isn't any new material. Almost. For example, I've never seen the Kimi ga matteiru kara video before! Exciting.=D The main problem now is how to raise money to pay for it. Each disc is 3150yen, tax included but if you order it from that Japanese site online, it's 2993 yen, tax included and if you buy both you get 10% off! Trouble is you need a credit card and a Japanese mailing address. Dang. It's not very worth it though since it's really just his videos on a DVD in pretty packaging probably with a pretty lyric booklet and pretty pictures and.. and.. (T_T) I need money. Now. xP

I swear. Gackt has a smaller waist than me. (T_T) And skinnier arms. Thankfully.. *peers* His thighs don't look pathetically tiny so I'm slightly appeased. He can wear a bodysuit and not look like a cow though. Sigh. Anyway.. It comes in a plastic slipcase that also has this shadowy black print on it. The pictures inside are beyond droolful!!! xD xD xD They are absolutely.. Beautiful. The CD design looks like the design on the Moon or planet or whatever on the CD booklet. So I guess they are the same? =S Each song lyric gets a 2 page spread with yummy photos of Gackt and all sorts of pretty designs. The freesia design looks suspiciously like one design in the Diabolos album. [I'd check and confirm it but thanks to my rabid paranoia about harming the CDs, they are still wrapped up in their original packaging and I'm too sleepy to actually check now.xP Sorry.]Totally worth getting if just for the CD case and everything. ^_^ *beams* I love the MARS album though. YAY!!!I am so glad to be back.=D =D =D The flight home felt really short. Hmm. I only watched 13 Going on 30 [highly bimbotic but.. it was enjoyable at least. Haha.=P], Oliver's Twist [Japanese food this episode! ^_^ I missed seeing Asian food.] and Hell's Kitchen [Gordon Ramsay terrorising more people in his kitchen. Juicy.]. Apart from that, I ate, slept, played games [intellectual ones like Hangman and Trivia.=P], listened to my neeon and urhm.. talked to Jiamin and Zhi-Lei. ^_^The last day in GYLC was quite sad. I don't know if I'll see my groupmates who live in other countries ever again. But I do hope to see them.. you know. Eventually.=S I haven't uploaded my photos yet so sorry.. No photos at the moment.We did go to Times Square and 5th Avenue and Park Avenue though.=D Almost died from delirious happiness at the Hershey's store at Times Square!! Chocolate Chocolate Everywhere! ^_^ And all so inexpensive too!!! I was extremely excited.=P Bought Scharffen-Berger for my mom since we can't get it back home and it's supposed to be good.=S I'm trying to find a brand of chocolate that my mom likes because they all have different roasting techniques and everything that really affects the taste of dark chocolate. So far, she isn't impressed with Godiva or Neuhaus but liked Royce. I've never tried Scharffen-Berger before so now's a good time.=D Plus they have cocoa nibs enrobed in chocolate!!! I've never even seen a cocoa nib so that was very exciting.=D Hehe.Walked through Saks and Bloomingdale's. A lady at a perfume counter at Saks was really nice! She gave us free perfume samples.=D I keep reading about how people just live off perfume samples but it's so freaking hard to get them in this silly country so I naturally assumed that those were simply fables. However.. ^o^ Wee!Hmm. I rather enjoyed GYLC. I didn't get to write in my diary much since I was always so damn tired at the end of the day. It was brilliant making friends with people from all over the world and working with them closely for so many hours a day for 12 days. It was also interesting to hear everyone's different opinions and marvel at how one topic can generate so much interest from so many different people, each with a different opinion that might or might not be influenced by their culture. I also really loved my FA, Andrea.=D She was so cheerful all the time and she's really really nice. She made the first day at GYLC seem a little less scary when she showed me all the stuff I needed and everything.=)I'm happy at being back but I am not at all thrilled at how I have to go back to school in 2 days. Urgh.xP But right now, I really just want to go eat something other than American food. It was rather good at first but after a while.. O my goodness. I was so sick of it.xP Meat, Potatoes, Bread. Meat, Potatoes, Bread. The occasional salad or pizza or pasta. Meat, Potatoes, Bread. *dies* After knowing all about something called variety in Chinese food, this was quite a shocker. And I didn't realise how I would miss rice till I was stuffed to the brim with bread and potatoes.I don't mind bread and potatoes of course, but funnily enough.. It's rice I never get sick of. It can be eaten in so many different ways, on it's own, with other things, as porridge, as noodles, as mochi.. The list goes on. My mom was laughing at me and called me a rice pot.xP O well. Hello!In Washington now.=D No photos to upload though..=P You can see one on Jiamin's blog? Heh.Hrm. Went shopping at Pentagon City yesterday and yay! Bought loads of stuff.=D Well. Okay. I didn't buy loads of stuff but.. Jiamin and Zhi Lei did! =D Heh. The day before that, we went to see the sights: Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the White House, Senate and the House of Representatives. We also went to the Museum of Natural History and the National Gallery of Art. ^_^ Gems!! *squeals*Urhm. We went to watch the Da Vinci Code last night because the timing was more convenient that MI:3.^_^" I was the only one who stayed awake through the entire show..-.-" I really enjoyed the book a lot better since I thought they didn't do the movie very well.. It was a bit tiresome when they kept talking so much.=S And I didn't really like the twists they added though it was okay I guess if you didn't already know what the story was beforehand.=)Yay!!! ^_^ *beams* Watched the new Gackt Takano Yuri CM via the website.=D =D =D O my god. Two of them!!! Frolicking on the beach to Love Letter! In THAILAND!! -.-" So that's why Gackt was in Thailand. But anyway.. They look like Gods or something.. In the Garden of Eden. Hehe.=P Utterly pretty!! I can't wait to go back to my computer and download it and watch it over.. and over.. and over again!!! ^_^ It's gorgeous. Really. I think Gackt looks superb in all TY CMs. *squeals!* And Ryoko is gorgeous too!! So they utterly complement each other. *beams*Alright. We're off to Georgetown today.=) More shopping perhaps? Well. I guess this will be the last post before we fly off tomorrow!!! ^_^ I don't think I'll have time in the airport to access the free internet services to do an update. Hrm. I hope the Chinese Orchestra's concert tonight will be good.. or at the very least, interesting.=P All past experiences with Chinese Orchestras have led to me being very very sleepy and well, I just generally doze off involuntarily halfway through or so.=S Very brilliant of me. But other than that.. I'm generally quite open to chinese orchestra performances. ^_^"
I'm still not done packing. *panics slightly* And my mom keeps coming in to give me random stuff that I suddenly must bring along with me or I'll die. O.o At least I've settled the smaller items! Haha. Like Urhm. Toiletries. ^_^" And you know..all such random nonsense.
Anyway. I was thinking about how during ACS Idol, the band managed to try to reorganise themselves to coordinate with the vocalist, made harder certainly, by the fact that these singers aren't usually the ones working with them. This was sparked off by a random viewing of a Malice Mizer performance where, I think, great great great teamwork is seen. Actually, you can probably see such fabulous coordination in most successful bands but well.. I'm not familiar with most so. ^_^"
I guess it helps when you trust one another to play your part correctly and at the appropriate time. It also helps, I suppose, if there's good teamwork so that you're all working in the same kind of mood and atmosphere which will lend a generally harmonious feeling to the music you're creating. This is probably why it's best to be on good terms with your band, so they'll work together and you can create successful music.^_^ It's good for the vocalist as well since he/she can sing without worrying about whether the musicians will keep up or anything like that. Instead, you can just throw your all into the performance [like how G-man is constantly looking like he's going to just die from the emotion of his songs..] because you know that the band will work well with you. The vocalist can't be a soloist though, since you shouldn't be leading the band per se, but rather, you should try to work with them.^_^
I wonder how much time and practice it takes to build up such harmonious relations, so much so that you can readily trust each other in a band. It's even more vital of course, since you're probably the only one playing the instrument since the basics are: vocalist, guitarist, bassist and drummer. A lot of bands have 2 guitarists though. I wonder why..=S
Wee! *swirls around* I've finished The Soldier's Return! Like, o yes! Finally!!! Haha.=P Now to move on to the other 2 books: The Things They Carried and The Vintage Book of War Stories. I found the ending of The Soldier's Return anti-climatic and rather cliched. But.. O well. I'll concede one point.. It was rather sweet. *rolls eyes* Everyone loves a happy ending. It was a little abrupt though.=S Oh well. Let's see if the other 2 books and my notes [history namely.xP] can capture my attention long enough for me to finish everything! *beams*
I love the merveilles album!!! ^_^ *beams* It's lucky I'm listening to it at this age though. When the album first came out in 1998.. I was what.. primary 3? Or is it 4. In any case, I think I wouldn't have liked it at all. You know, the whole Pop Music thing which dominated the music industry at that time. I think I would have thought Illuminati was weird [I love it now.] and I think maybe.. Hmm. I don't know. I think I'd have thought it was weird? =S I love Le Ciel. xD There's just something in Gackt's voice that makes you feel everything he's singing.=S
And of course, his white costume helps since it's so pretty.xD

Good evening all.
I realised with great sadness today that if I can't get internet access in darling USA, I will not be able to update this nor would I be able to go surf and read all the things I read online. Which is quite upsetting. Because going online has become a daily routine and I've actually shortened the time I spend online because of it!!! *beams*
Stupid USA. No laptops. No promise of wireless access anyway. RAWR.xP But they are having anime expos in California right now so maybe..the joy will spread across the country into Washington and New York? =P
Hmm. SAT today. Started damn late, ended damn late. Sigh. [Excuse my incoherence. I'm really tired.] It was okay I guess. I don't quite understand the rationale for not discussing the questions or anything. Is it because of the experimental section? O.o
Had a seafood dinner at Ubin Seafood which is urhmm... Along the same row as Corduroy & Finch which is near Sixth Avenue. It was rather good I suppose.=P I loved loved loved the prawns. Huge gigantic happy prawns. I could have eaten the entire plate but the satay was screaming for my attention. And my mom was too distracted by the crabs so she just waved her prawn in my direction and ahem. I just took it.=P My mom doesn't love prawns anyway. Teehee. The food was rather good. I'd return just for the prawns which I loved and adored. Huge giant things. Yay! ^_^ I wanted more though.=S But they are high in cholesterol so I guess it was all for the best..
My mom has ordered me to pack tonight so I can buy any missing items tomorrow. =S And she merrily told me that if I shopped too much and have too many things, I should get my aunt to send stuff back for me. Ahem. Looking at my financial situation, I'm not sure how much I have until I see the prices of clothes in the US. My mom is certain I'll be able to find clothes [finally!] because well.. it's the US. Land of Plus-Sized Clothing! Yay. So anyway, I don't know how to budget myself till I see the average price of a top or whatever there because.. It's kinda hard to gauge how much to limit myself to when I'm not familiar with the prices. And it'll be summer! Which is perfect since we can wear all the summer clothes. Yippee! And my mom almost died when I expressed doubt at having enough money for everything. Oh. And she wanted to kill me too. And just mumbled something about "as long as you have enough emergency cash, just.. don't overspend. *mumble mumble at daughter's incompetence and stupidity*"
Yawn. Happy dreams of post A level shopping are floating through my brain. xP Growl. Especially shopping for Gackt stuff. *_* Ooh. They actually restock Gackt's photobook quite fast.=S Now. If only they'd bring in The Gift. You can be sure that I'll snap it up. Immediately. Better yet if they have Crescent. Because I'll be the crazy fangirl who snaps it up immediately too. And if they have Moon Child, you'll never ever see it there because it'll be with ME. Mwahaha.

HelloJust returned from ACS Idol.=) Rather impressive performances. But my stomach is tying itself into knots now due to SATs tomorrow.xPAnd my mom just gave me this huge lecture about me not telling her where I'm going.-.-" Which is ridiculous because I always tell her like, one week in advance. And again, like, the week itself. And yet she claims I never tell her anything.-.-" This is something I'm familiar with. This is .. hmm.. Oh I can't remember!! O yes.. It's forgetfulness. It comes with old age.-.-" And so she just stood there, accusing me of not telling her where I'm going beforehand when like, hello I've told you at least twice. And she wonders why I get irritated at her repeated questions. I mean, she can ask me the same questions about where I'm going 3 times a day and not realise she's asked me before.-.-" Like,"I've told you already.. *repeats details*""NO YOU DIDN'T!!!""I did. I just told you like.. a few hours ago.""NO YOU DIDN'T!!!""...""YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHERE YOU'RE GOING.""I already did..-.-" remember?"-.-" Now I'm wondering how to break the news to her: People forget things easily when they are old. It's a fact of life. Now. What's a gentle way of saying it?ACS Idol was rather good. =) This sec 2 guy from ACS (Barker Road) won. He was really good! His tone was really sincere and everything.=D Hard to believe he's only in sec 2!!! ^_^ Haha. It was a shock when Ethel didn't even get into the top 3 though. The stunned silence in the hall said it all. O well. It was rather enjoyable. It was nice watching the band as well. Alice! =D Alice actually looks quite cool playing the guitar. And Alice can play the piano too!!! Shock of the night. Ahaha.=PWent to Next with Jiamin and rotted on the couch reading my lit text while they cut her hair.. really.. slowly.. *falls asleep* *drools* *wakes* And where was I again? O yes. Next. It's actually rather nice inside.=) Mood lighting and all that.. Which makes me wonder how in the world the stylists can cut your hair well in such dark lighting.. I kept angling my book to catch the light from the window. O.o Plus the walls and all the interior decorations are in black. Which doesn't help it at all.=P But goshh. They have goodlooking hairstylists!! Or even if they aren't that goodlooking, they at least dressed well.=D You could see the colour code they have: black and white. Very creative! ^_^ But well. I like black. I fitted right in. Haha.=PI hope I've done enough practice for the SATs. I didn't manage to finish the book. But I hope what I've practiced so far is enough.xP Groan. I don't want this to be a wasted effort. Plus, apparently, they'll be taking the average of the 2 scores so it's quite upsetting if I get a lower score to pull the average down. Particularly since my original score is nothing to shout about anyway.=SHrm. I should get more goth clothes! ^_^ I love black. But my aunt keeps warning me that when I'm old, I won't be able to wear black because it makes you look older.. Or something like that. Apparently, older people always wear those bright colours because it suits their.. skin tone or something better.=S Urhm. Yes. So.. Shouldn't I take advantage of the being able to wear black thing now? =P And then.. I get lectures from another group of aunts who insist that girls my age [which isn't very young anymore but they like to assume I'm still 5] shouldn't wear black and should wear bright happy colours - like my other cousins!!! They cannot understand why I'm always in dark colours.. Urhm.. Because.. I like them? O.o The bright colour thing is nice but .. I still like dark colours. ^_^ Heh.Oh. And my mom wanted to die when she heard my all-black wardrobe plans. She too cannot understand why I like black. [My mother is of the happy colour variety - read: she keeps asking me to wear.. pink. O.o Urhm. And it's all those.. bright pinks. O.o Urhm. No thanks. ^_^" And she likes all those..disgustingly happy colours. Argh. And ruffles and frills. Ew.] And have I mentioned that she blames me for her increasingly black wardrobe. Her words: "You lah! Always talking about black clothes! So when I go shopping.. all I can think of is black and then what happens? All my clothes are black!!! You lah!!" And then she goes on grumbling. O.o *innocent look* Is black all that bad?Right. Should go to bed now. ^_^ Maybe a spot of reading before sleeping. Argh. She was so happy at the end [who wouldn't be?]. =D It might have been planned as merely a gimmick to continue getting the fan's support.. But at that moment, I felt like they actually were sincere about giving her stuff and making her happy for Christmas.^_^
O man. I want to go for a Gackt concert. (T_T) By the looks of things, I don't think I'll be over him by the end of the year so.. There's hope!!! If there's a concert that is. (T_T) Sigh. My download list is receiving more ticks! ^_^ Yay. And Bittorrent has a sudden adoration for me. In 3 days, it downloaded 48.3%!!! Shocking. It used to 2%..or nothing at all in a day.^___^ I am pleased! And I don't even think its due to file size because this file is pretty damn big too.
Speaking of file sizes.. I've already used up more than half of my harddisk drive. Frankly, I am in shock. O.o I didn't know I downloaded so much rubbish!!! xP And there are a ton of repeated files too so.. =S I shall have to clear them one day. I started just now but then decided that doing my SAT practice was more important and so.. I stopped. But it's urhm.. Slightly neater? My files are all messed up again thanks to downloading sprees. Especially when YSI files come along I just go clicking-happy.xP
I think I need to learn from Wendaye and start burning CDs if I've used up more than 3/4 of the HDD. O.o Which technically should not happen but well.. One never knows.=S Darn. I should have gotten my dad to get like, a 200GB HDD or something.-.-" Then I'll never have to worry again!!! [I hope.=S]

From what Jiamin and Joyce said, I should be zooming through it but nooo. I'm not even at the halfway mark.-.-"And Joyce! Jiamin! You know that video today? The PV where it had that animated character robot thing.. It was actually Gackt doing motion-capture. Like. WHAT?? O.o The character was rather ugly. O.o But after seeing G-man doing the motions.. Hrm. I can feel that drama side of him just dying to get out.xP And the Gackt in Hawaii portion of Gekkou = incredibly lame!!! Ahaha.=P I am dying to watch the Yoshiki & Gackt eating episode of Hey!x3. Hrm. Maybe tomorrow? Must. Do. SAT!!! xP
Did some work today, polished off the aloe vera and watched half of X2! Haha. Rather productive.=P My SAT practice has been neglected though and must be made up for like, now. Will be going for ACS Idol tomorrow so I don't think I've got much time yes? xP
I just found out that Gackt is the new Mascot for Kawaguchi Auto!!! =D The pictures are yummy I say! And you know what.. It means that he's still alive and doing stuff! *dances around* YAY! xD xD xD Of course, I'd really rather he go take a break of some sort but I think this is good too. Slowing down the appearances and stuff to work on other projects.^_^ Yay.

Joyce was actually rather interested in seeing Gackt stuff today!!! ^_^ Oh did it warm my heart so.=D Like, finally! A twinkle of interest from a friend! =P Hehe. Though Jiamin and Zhi Lei have been the nicest so far in tolerating such rubbish from moi. =P
Just realised he mumbles his French. Almost. Some words are pretty clear though. O.o
Anyhoo. After having my curiosity piqued by Jiamin's "TerenceTayIsSoCute!!!!!" declarations, I tuned into the Singapore Idol results show tonight to see who'd get into the finals. O my goodness. Most of them are hideous. And Paul, Mr-Wannabe-Good-Charlotte-Guy, is just..O.o Firstly, his hair is very strange on him. And he has a very weird nose which probably explains the hair. I can understand the whole rocker look, but it's rather bizarre on him. And the other guy.. What's his name.. Johnathan? By golly is he ugly.xP Sorry. I'm not going to be kind. But honestly. I don't think he's goodlooking. At all. Plus he has really bad hair. And a highly monotonous voice. Honestly, I think his range consists of like 5 notes or something. Paul was urhm.. Better than him I guess. But really.. I didn't think either of them were impressive. I guess you might see them getting better as the show progresses but seeing as how dear Mediacorp seems to be cutting down on the number of episodes for Singapore Idol, I don't know if you can see substantial improvement.=S
I'm not planning to follow it. Never did plan to anyway.xP Unless I hear of someone being really talented and good and all that..
Shall go struggle with myself concerning what I should do next.xP
